ICD promotes a restorative approach to pastoral care and teaching. Excellent relationships are formed and nurtured within an atmosphere of mutual respect. All staff and students are trained in the use of restorative practices to ensure everyone understands their contribution to our ethos of respect and equality. At Integrated College Dungannon we will use restorative practices to respond appropriately to unacceptable one-off behaviours or to bullying behaviour.
